Accessibility

Accessibility
statement.

How we make our website easy to use for all visitors, our known limitations, and how you can report an issue.

Our
commitment.

SC WEBLANCER SRL is committed to ensuring that https://www.weblancer.eu is accessible to all visitors, including individuals with disabilities or temporary limitations (visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive impairments).

We strive to comply with the accessibility requirements of Law no. 232/2022 on accessibility requirements for products and services (which transposes the European Accessibility Act, Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the European standard EN 301 549, which aligns with WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.

Compliance
status.

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA due to the non-compliances listed below. We are continuously working to resolve these issues.

What we have done
for accessibility.

  • clear structure: hierarchical headings, navigation landmarks, and a "Skip to content" link at the beginning of each page;

  • full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators;

  • alternative text for informative images;

  • contact form with field labels and descriptive error messages linked to specific fields;

  • proper language declaration for each page, including localized versions;

  • animations automatically pause if reduced motion is requested in your operating system and can be stopped via the accessibility panel; auto-playing carousels and videos include pause controls;

  • accessibility panel (button in the corner of the page): text resizing, high contrast, grayscale mode, link underlining, readable font, increased text spacing, large cursor, and focus highlighting;

  • pages can be zoomed up to 200% in the browser without loss of content.

Known
limitations.

  • Some portfolio images are screenshots of delivered websites; their descriptions summarize the project rather than detailing every element within the screenshot.

  • The homepage video presentation lacks subtitles; however, it does not convey information that is not already available in the page text.

  • Automatically generated PDF documents (such as proposals) may not be fully accessible. Upon request, we can provide them in an accessible format.

  • The contrast of certain texts placed over images or background colors may fall below recommended thresholds; the "High Contrast" option in the accessibility panel improves this.

How we
evaluated the site.

This website was evaluated through self-assessment, including automated checks and manual testing using a keyboard and screen reader. This statement was prepared on October 9, 2026, and is updated with every major website revision.
