Who is responsible
for data.
The controller of the personal data collected through the website https://www.weblancer.eu is SC WEBLANCER SRL, headquartered at Str. 1 Decembrie 1918, nr. 3, bl. 3, ap. 32, Focșani, jud. Vrancea, România, Tax ID 30847148, registration no. J39/519/2012.

What data
we collect.
When you write to us via form or email: your name, email address, phone number, company, existing website, budget and estimated timeline, your message, plus the page from which you sent the request and the visit source (for example, a campaign).
When you become a client: the data necessary for the offer, contract, and invoicing (name, Tax ID, address, representative, bank details, as applicable) and project-related correspondence.
Technical data: for protection against automated messages, we store the IP address only as a cryptographic hash, not in plain text. The hosting server keeps standard technical logs.
Why we use it
and on what legal basis.
to answer your request and prepare an offer (steps taken prior to entering into a contract);
to conclude and perform the contract (performance of a contract);
to issue invoices and keep accounting documents (legal obligation);
to protect the website against automated messages and abuse (legitimate interest);
to understand which pages are useful, via Google Analytics, only if you give your consent in the cookie banner (consent).
How long
we keep it.
Requests that do not lead to collaborations: [TO BE CONFIRMED: e.g., 2 years from the last message].
Messages flagged as suspicious by the anti-spam filter are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Client data and invoicing documents: for the duration of the collaboration and then for the period required by accounting and tax legislation.
Who we
share it with.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We only share it with providers who help us operate, to the necessary extent: the website and email hosting provider, SmartBill (invoicing), and Google (Analytics, only with your consent), as well as authorities when required by law.
Some providers, such as Google, may also process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards provided by the European data protection regulation.
Your
rights.
You have the right to request access to your data, correction or deletion thereof, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent for analytics cookies at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer.

Cookies.
Necessary: the session cookie and the form protection cookie (XSRF-TOKEN), without which forms cannot be submitted securely. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser for 6 months.
Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_* cookies to count visits and visited pages. If you refuse, Google Analytics will not load at all.
Security.
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to administrative data is protected by password and two-factor authentication, and data is backed up daily.
Changes.
We may update this policy when services, providers, or legislation change. The current version is the one published on this page.
