Terms and
conditions.

The rules for using the weblancer.eu website and information about the company that manages it.

Who we are.

The https://www.weblancer.eu website is operated by SC WEBLANCER SRL, with its registered office at Str. 1 Decembrie 1918, nr. 3, bl. 3, ap. 32, Focșani, jud. Vrancea, România, registered with the Trade Register under no. J39/519/2012, sole registration code 30847148.

What these
terms cover.

The terms below apply to visiting and using the website, including sending messages via the contact form or email. By using the site, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them.

Web design and development services are provided solely based on an accepted offer and a contract signed by both parties. For a contracted project, the provisions of the contract and its annexes take precedence over this document.

Information
on the site.

Service descriptions, portfolio examples, and blog articles are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a firm offer. The price, deadlines, and exact scope of a project are established in the personalized offer after analyzing your requirements.

We strive to ensure the information is accurate and up to date, but it is subject to change without prior notice. Blog articles do not represent legal, fiscal, or other professional advice for your specific situation.

Requests sent
through the site.

When submitting a request, please use real details and describe your project as clearly as possible. Submitting a request does not create contractual obligations for either party.

To prevent abuse, the contact form includes automated measures against unsolicited messages. A request incorrectly flagged as suspicious is not lost: it is reviewed manually.

Intellectual
property.

The texts, design, structure, code, graphics, and Weblancer logo are protected by copyright law and belong to SC WEBLANCER SRL or partners who have granted us the right of use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Project names, brands, and images in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are presented as examples of our work.

You may share links to the site's pages and quote short excerpts from articles, provided you mention the source and include a link to the original page.

Client
projects.

Rights to works created for a client are transferred under the terms of the contract, upon full payment for the services. Pre-existing components (libraries, proprietary modules, open-source tools) remain subject to their respective licenses.

The client is responsible for the texts, images, and other materials provided to us for publication and guarantees that they have the right to use them.

Use of the
website.

You are not allowed to use the website in ways that may affect its operation or security, such as: unauthorized access attempts, uploading malicious code, automated message sending, or mass automated content scraping.

We reserve the right to restrict access for those who violate these rules and to notify the competent authorities when required by law.

External
links.

The website may contain links to websites managed by third parties, such as portfolio projects or sources cited in articles. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it; your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of
liability.

The website is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, although we strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of information on the site or temporary access outages. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Personal
data.

Data submitted via the contact form or email is used to respond to your request and, if we begin a collaboration, to conclude and execute the contract. Details regarding data processing and your rights are described in our privacy policy.

Consumers and
complaints.

If we enter into a contract as a consumer, you benefit from the rights provided by consumer protection legislation. For any dissatisfaction, please write to us at contact@weblancer.eu; we will try to resolve the matter amicably.

Consumers can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection, including through the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will first be settled amicably; if that is not possible, they will be resolved by the competent courts according to the law.

Changes.

We may update these terms when our services, website, or legislation changes. The applicable version is the one published on this page, along with the date of the last update.
